The Porsche 968 was the final evolution of Porsche’s front-engined, water-cooled transaxle sports cars - a lineage that began with the Porsche 924 in 1976 and developed through the Porsche 944. Built from 1991 to 1995, the 968 combined the balanced handling of the 944 with a heavily revised engine, a more modern design, and improved refinement
Although it was never a huge sales success, it has become one of the most respected and collectible modern classic Porsches and is a perfect vehicle for entry into Porsche ownership
The heart of the 968 was its 236bhp M44/ 43 3. 0-litre inline-four, which was the largest four-cylinder engine fitted to a regular production car at the time
This example has been owned by our vendor for 18-years and has been extremely well-looked after during his tenure
