A very interesting 2001 Honda ST1100 Pan European, UK registration Y242 NTW, finished in traditional white and understood to be a former UK police/ service motorcycle.
The ST1100 Pan European was one of Honda's most respected long-distance touring motorcycles and became a familiar sight with British police forces throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. Renowned for its durability, stability and ability to cover very high mileages, it was particularly well suited to motorway patrol and long-duration operational use.
Powered by Honda's smooth 1, 084cc liquid-cooled V4 petrol engine, producing approximately 100 bhp, it features a 5-speed gearbox and low-maintenance shaft drive. The large 28-litre fuel tank, comfortable riding position and excellent high-speed stability made the ST1100 an ideal police and touring machine.
