Description
1972 Mercedes 450SL project car for restoration. This is one of the earliest R107 roadsters with the 4. 5L V8 and the distinctive small bumpers.
The body has rust damage on the lower part of the left front fender (just above the sill), all floor boards and the left and right boot floor. The car has had one respray in gunmetal grey, over its original Astralsilber.
The interior needs to be refurbished and the soft top should be replaced. 196. 445 mls. The car starts, runs and drives, but will obviously require a thorough mechanical check up.
