Mercedes 280 SL 107 series, metallic silver with blue mohair soft top and matching silver hardtop, the interior is blue MB Tex with check cloth centres. Only 52, 000 miles from new with supporting service history. Supplied to the first owner by David Sparshatt Mercedes of Eastleigh on the 19th of September 1980. It was kept until 1993 when it was bought by its current owner. It remains in wonderful original condition throughout and has 19 stamps in the original service book verifying the incredibly low mileage. Used sparingly by the last owner of 28 years, a retired Cathay Pacific Pilot who purchased it as an investment. His purchase receipt is included in the history file. The interior of this car has tom be seen to be believed it is magnificent, the original Mercedes mohair soft top is also in amazing condition as is the chrome work. The twin cam engine is as smooth as silk and performs perfectly. An all round fantastic car with great history and incredibly low owners and mileage.
