The Appeal
The crisply styled Herald is one of classic motoring’s stalwarts, a rugged, reliable four seat saloon that is perfect for simply using and enjoy.
This 1964 1200 is perfectly set up to do exactly that. It’s no show queen, but instead an attractive two-tone saloon with the benefit of a recent check over and remedial maintenance. That work has included attention to the brakes, new fluids, replacement carpets and a myriad of other work totalling around £750.
There is scope to take this car to the next level. But perhaps that’s not what it’s really about. This is the sort of classic where you can wake up, check the weather, jump in and see where the road takes you.
The vendor says:
“Some service history. The car starts and runs perfectly.there are no known faults. It is a pleasure to drive, I love how easy it is to park.”
