Remember that feeling of stepping into a car with a manufacturer's warranty? Well, the seller of this superb 1997 BMW 328i M-Sport purchased the vehicle when new as an upgrade from his previous 325i.
Since getting the car, it has been fully maintained and serviced by his local BMW dealer and also had the BMW extended warranty taken out on it every year since new, with the level of cover set as Comprehensive. It is currently in place and is valid until 27th February 2023, and the seller reported that it is fully transferable.
The BMW has been enjoyed by its one and only owner for the past 25 years and has wanted for nothing. Being under warranty throughout its life has meant any issues with the car were carried out under warranty by the BMW dealer.

Inside the BMW, the seats are finished in half leather to the outer bolsters and Anthracite fabric to the centre. There is no damage to point out on the seats. The only thing to mention is a small amount of creasing, and very slight age-related wear to the seam on the driver's bolster, which we would say is less than you would expect for the mileage and age of the vehicle.
The rear seat is in excellent condition and doesn’t look to have had much use over the years. Both door cards are in good order, with no noticeable scuffs to be seen.
Sitting behind the steering wheel, which is in good condition, with no damage, the instruments are working as they should and have no warning lights displayed, and the odometer shows a reading of 54,860 miles.
The centre of the dash holds the dealer fitted Pioneer cassette head unit. Lower down are the heating controls, followed by the trip computer, all of which have working displays.
The carpets are in good order, fitted with a set of mats to protect them, which are also in good condition. The headlining is nice and clean, with no issues to report. Inside the boot, the tool kit is present and correct and mounted to the boot lid as it should be.

Finished in Arctic Silver, this was a £378.00 option back in 1997. The car presents really well, and it's nice to point out that the seller, being the only owner, has confirmed it has never had any paintwork carried out.
Starting at the front, a couple of age-related chips are dotted around the bonnet edge and lower bumper section. In addition, there is a small chip to the near side fog light; the other side, along with the headlights, are free from any chips or splits.
Looking at all the panel gaps around the 328i, everything looks to be as it should, with no signs of anything misaligned. There are no dings or dents to mention when looking down the flanks of the Coupé. The windows and seals all look to be in good order with no scratches to mention.
At the rear, the bumper is free from scuffs, as well as the lower M-Technic diffuser. The upper M-Technic boot spoiler does have a small mark on it towards the offside corner. The light lenses are in nice condition with no splits or cracks to point out.
The wheels on the BMW are a split rim design, and as with many wheels like this, water has got under the lacquered finish leaving white marks under the clear coat.
The tyres have some tread remaining, with the rears being a little more worn than the fronts.
A 2.8-litre, straight-six of BMW’s finest engineering, producing 190bhp at 206 lb-ft of torque, pushes the 328i from 0-62mph in just 7.3 seconds, with a top speed of 147 mph.
As you will have gathered by now, the car wants for nothing thanks to being so well maintained, everything is reported to be working as it should. Starting the car, the smooth straight-six comes to life and sounds like it should.
