Norton’s exclusive, limited edition cafe racer certainly looks the part; mirror like hand-beaten aluminium tank, carbon fibre seat, big Brembo twin callipers, gold Ohlins mono shock, beautiful featherbed frame and that aggressive stance. But looks aren’t all this modern classic has to offer, the 961cc pushrod engine starts with a roar and doesn’t quit until 6,500 rpm.
This Domiracer is number twenty of the fifty made and has had only two owners since leaving the Norton factory, one of which is motorcycling TV presenter Henry Cole. As well as the celebrity ownership the bike has only covered twelve miles, five of which are PDI.
Scarcity alone makes the Domiracer something special, let alone the looks and riding experience, but this one offers more; in concourse condition with only two owners and exceptionally low mileage it might just be the perfect bike.

The controls and cockpit area of the Domiracer are simply gorgeous, all of the cnc-milled alloy has been hand polished and even the all of the carbon (airbox, seat unit and mudguards) has been laid by hand.
It’s not often we’d mention the aesthetic quality of a yoke on a bike, but the cnc cut and hand polished yoke with the anodized blue preload adjusters is itself a thing of beauty and represents the overall feeling of this bike being something really special.

With only 12 miles showing in the little LCD mounted in the gorgeous dials it is, as you would expect, in perfect condition.
The dials, the chrome surrounds, the dashboard, switchgear and even the transparent brake and clutch reservoirs all present perfectly with no signs of wear.

To say this is a fantastic looking bike would be an understatement.
The aggressive stance, copious use of chrome and carbon fibre with the big twin Brembo’s up front and the carbon fibre single seat unit make this one of the most distinctive looking bikes we have ever seen.

It’s in perfect condition throughout, with all of the hand-polished chrome presenting as new and all of the trim, carbon fibre and paintwork in the same condition.

The owner informs us that the bike has had the following fitted: exhaust lambda sensors, engine breather kit, Norton engine oil modification, alloy kick plates, bespoke tail tidy, wiring for a battery conditioner and the ECU remapped.
Summary
Even if there weren’t only 50 Domiracers made they would be something special, the looks and the riding experience alone set them apart from their mass produced counterparts, but the scarcity and exceptional condition of this one, combined with the famous ownership make this Domiracer something truly unique.
