motodrome are very pleased to offer this 1986 military-spec GS TUM Land Rover 110 2. 5 Diesel soft top, finished in NATO IRR drab.
fitted with: Power steering, military front bumper, front light guards, a matching set of 4 near-new BFG mud-terrain tyres on black modular rims (original military rims available if required), checkerplate to wingtops and bonnet, NATO towhook, military hood, and rear bumperettes. Also comes with a bikini top. Internally it has an ammunition box serving as a centre cubby box, sports steering wheel, and the correct military roll bar.
This one is in superb shape – the last owner, on acquiring it in 2015, embarked on a complete strip down to the chassis (which remains the original) and repaired or replaced various rusty or worn out components and areas to a very good standard, rebuilt the axles etc, topping it off with a decent respray in IRR drab, and it’s now one of the nicest ex military 110’s I’ve seen. Importantly, he resisted the temptation to put a 200tdi conversion in, so it retains it’s military-spec 12J normally aspirated diesel motor. He did however fit power steering, which makes it a bit more manoeverable.
Odometer reading 127000 kms (79000m) , and, whilst it comes with MOT to the end of November 2018 (no advisories) and 6 months warranty (if sold in the UK), we're quite happy to provide a fresh 12M MOT if required.
It’s also LEZ compliant under current regulations.
On test on arrival it performed really well. .
