Very nice 1956 Buick Special Riviera Model 46R pillarless 2-door Hardtop Coupe.
Only got 53. 880 original miles. Rust free, never been welded. Imported 1996 from California to UK.
Very original car with original radio, original hubcaps and even original oilbath aircleaner.
Aquired vehicle in 2008 and been undriven in my private museum since than.
Still on UK plates SSY 283.
Brought back to live with power brakes completely fresh overhauled with new wheel cylinders, brake shoes
and mastercylinder rep kit. New overhauled OEM waterpump. Fresh greased wheel bearings,
and new seals, new power steering seal. Runs and drives nicely with Dynaflow automatic transmission and 322 cui
Fireball V8 engine which guzzles out of a dual pipe exhaust. One of the nicest looking coupes of the 50s with twotone red and white paint, wide whitewall tires and loads of chrom.
