The 280 SL Roadsters are without a doubt at the very sweet spot of the Mercedes-Benz model range. They remain affordable despite rapidly increasing values over recent years and are extremely stylish, reliable, and competent enough to be used for pleasure on a frequent basis. The elegant and understated styling of these roadsters, penned by designer and artist Paul Bracq, made the model a desirable accessory for young Hollywood celebrities in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
The magnificent Mercedes-Benz 280 SL Roadster featured here is finished in a stunning all-black over gorgeous deep red leather interior and black convertible top. Fitted with all options including rare factory air conditioning, automatic transmission, power steering, both tops, and more. Accompanying this investment-grade 280 SL Roadster are its original owner's manual, service pamphlet, records, radio booklet, tools, and more. We are extremely proud to offer what we believe to be one of the very best 280 SL Roadster to the market today. Offered to the most demanding collector investor or enthusiast who desires to own the best!!
