Presented in a vibrant red with harmonious silver bumpers, this 1970 Marcos V6 Coupe is a lovely example of one of Marcos’ most popular models.
Repainted in 1994 and having undergone a chassis replacement at Marcos Cars in 1996, this V6 has been thoroughly
maintained for the majority of its life, evidenced in the substantial history folder accompanying the car. The last major invoice dating from 2013 included fitment of a new wiring loom, reconditioning of the front brake callipers and an overdrive unit rebuild amongst other work.
Cosmetically, the body is in good condition, sitting on its original geniune Marcos alloy wheels and featuring body colour sill trims. Black trim and a Webasto sunroof compliment a beautiful walnut dashboard which houses updated switch gear and smiths white over black gauges. Although not concours, this Marcos would make a fantastic useable classic for any enthusiast.
