1956 CHEVROLET 150 BEL AIR SEDAN AUTO –
A stunning example of 1950’s Americana. Imported from the dry state of California when it spent the majority of its time before arriving in the UK in 2011.
This is a completely rust free 2 speed “power-glide” Auto transmission vehicle presented with beautiful black coachwork, recently restored interior trim and stunning chrome work. Further spec includes a stereo and aftermarket Air conditioning.
This vehicle has completed only very little dry mileage since it has been in the UK to help preserve it from the onset of any corrosion. In which time it was subjected to a complete interior re-trim (including the headlining) along with a complete inspection and over haul of the serviceable mechanical’s. This included the renewal of the brakes all around (drums, shoes, cylinders etc) followed by new tires, transmission fluid, engine oil, spark plugs, HT leads and distributor cap. The chrome work has also had some attention with many new parts making sure it does the car justice.
As a result of all this work the car both looks and drives beautifully without a fault.
