Mercedes Benz R129 SL320 'Edition'. The last R129's built, this 320 is finished in 'designo Almandine' with two-tone bordeaux leather.
Registered new in June 2001, this car was built in very small numbers. Finished to the standard you would expect of a Mercedes Benz SL, this car still looks and drives and sounds like new.
Just serviced at MB Solihull, less than 100 miles ago in early July.
The car has a FSH, 10 x Service Stamps in all. Nearly all with either MB, or MB Specialists. Invoices going back 12yrs to 27, 000 miles in the file, plus brakes, new headlight glass, wheels refurbs etc.
The car clearly been well loved and cared for.
All the original books and keys are present, there is even an original sales brochure from 2001 when the Limited Edition was marketed. It shows the 280SL, the 320SL and the 500SL Silver Arrow. The 280 and 320 came in just the two colour options, Alanite Green, or Almandine Black (Purple).
