Very rare 1964 Fiat JOLLY by GHIA
This vehicle has been the subject of a full bare metal/ nut& bolt restoration including engine rebuilt with new valves, bearings, timing chain and gears, gearbox stripped cleaned inspected and rebuilt, all brake components replaced, all suspension bushes and rubber gaiters replaced. Seats re 'Upholstered ' to a very high standard, correct rubber flooring and new 'surrey'top. new wiring loom and all switchgear
Believed to be one of a batch of 12 LWB 'Jolliies' constructed on the 500 giardiniera platform originally commissioned for use as Hotel Taxis/ courtesy vehicles in the Italian Holiday resorts of the 1960's most notably the Island of Capri and Portofino on the Italian Riviera. after some six years of Stirling service a number of these vehicles were exported to the west coast of America to perform similar duties on the Island of Catalina.
Purchased from a deceased estate the car was repatriated to Europe (UK) where a complete restoration has been undertaken
All EU Duties are paid and the car has the correct NOVA paperwork
