According to the BMIHT Heritage Certificate this lovely Triumph TR4A IRS - Chassis No: CTC 67940/ O was built on 6th April 1966 and was first registered in Coventry on 7th June 1966. It is finished in British Racing Green with Black trim piped in White, black carpets, Heater, Independent Rear Suspension (IRS), Surrey Top with Canvas cover, 2138cc 4 Cylinder Engine, 4 Speed Gearbox with Overdrive and Stove enamelled Wire Wheels.
The car has only had 3 previous owners from new and was purchased as a restoration project by the previous owner in Chippenham in 2011. He fully restored the car over a 3 year period between 2011 and 2013 and there are a huge number of invoices in the history file for parts purchased from various specialist suppliers - mostly from Moss Europe in Bristol and there is a memory stick containing a full photographic record of the restoration.
Upon completion of the works in 2013 he kept the car for a further two years before selling it to the current lady owner in July 2015. Since then the car has only covered just over 2, 000 miles and it is still in beautiful condition and drives superbly.
Upon sale the car will be given a new MOT, although exempt now, plus a pre-sales Service and it will come with our own 6 Month Mechanical Warranty which can be upgraded and extended at additional cost if required.
