1968 MG Midget 1275cc. Iris Blue with Black upholstery, Black hood and Blue hard top. This Midget has been with its last owner for 17 years and has been thoroughly enjoyed. An older restoration that was carried out in the nineties with some nice upgrades. The Midget has a Titan Motorsport single carburettor upgrade with the Titan manifold, HiF carburettor and K & N air filter which is deemed to be a very good conversion, a stainless steel exhaust system and a Les Leston steering wheel also fitted to the car. A very solid car with a strong chassis and good floors. The car has been well maintained and most recent work appears to include new front calipers and flexi hoses and four new tyres. The interior trim is very good with the original seats showing minimal wear with no signs of any rips or tears, good door cards and carpets. The chrome is in good order throughout and the wire wheels benefitting from a recent refurbishment. Mechanically the car is strong, starting on the button and driving well. This car really looks well but upon close inspection the paintwork is now showing age related marks on certain panels that could possibly be improved in the future or left as is, it is up to the new owner but we think the price reflects this so use and improve at your leisure. Although now tax and mot exempt a fresh mot will be applied upon sale for your own peace of mind. Absolutely any inspection welcome. All major debit and credit cards accepted.
