SAAB 96 V4 Super
Current owner purchased the vehicle in 2014.
The body was professionally painted in 2014, doors, fenders, hatches painted separately and glasses etc. removed. Car’s engine compartment and all the technology as well as the upholstery were original.
On September 12, 2016 it was registered with the Finnish museum register, before which the car was totally gone through. The engine has new bearings, also balanced shaft. Cylinders honed, piston rings renewed. Valves renewed on the cylinder head and seat rings made, can run on unleaded gasoline. Engine compartment painted, galvanized parts and screws galvanized again. Upholstered benches. Naturally, everything new was put in the brakes, the wheel bearings were renewed, the joints and bushings in the axles were renewed. The windshield was renewed and at the same time the new chrome wedge strips were replaced. The underneath is rust protected.
Driven around 1, 000 km in the summer months, in the winters it is kept in a warm garage.
