I'm selling my Gorgeous 1997 Golf Cabriolet. realised I couldn't get insurance for myself as a new driver unfortunately.
Just spent £600 getting everything done that needed immediate repair.
July 2023 MOT??
All electric windows and roof??
Spair tire and repair kit ??
All paper work including v5, MOT history, owners manual ect...??
Has been on the Drive looking sad so I think its time to let her go.
Bad points:
Abit of rust as expected from a 1997 dated car but non effecting the way it drives. Honestly a joy to drive and a massive head Turner.
I've just had the battery replaced but still has a problem with it draining over night I think its because it hasn't been driven properly in a while. But either way should be an easy fix for someone.
Can't see this car going anyway but up in value but need to find myself a sensible car. Absolutely gutted to sell it but happy to see ut go to a good owner.
