FIAT 500 LUSSO, 1969.
This delightful 1969 classic 500 Lusso has undergone a major restoration, carried out by a marque specialist in Italy, and has covered very few miles since it’s completion.
The body work is finished in Diamond White, and is totally rust free, as is the underside. The interior is as new, showing off it’s black upholstery and rich red carpets. The fold back sunshine roof, and frame are also as new.
Mechanically the car is very good. The engine starts first time, and pulls strongly. The 4 speed gear box is smooth and defined. The suspension, steering and brake system are all as they should be, with no known faults or unpleasant clonks or rattles. This Fiat also boasts some nice extra features – twin tail pipe exhaust, Abarth style sump, and Abarth style wheels.
All in all this classic Fiat 500L is a very pretty little car, that is very reliable and stands out in a crowd, and ones of this condition are becoming harder to find.
