The Appeal

As the first generation of BMW’s 8 Series platform, the E31 introduced a new range of powerful, luxurious coupes, aimed to take over the grand tourer market. Among the E31 models, sits the 840Ci, which offered a fantastic combination of signature BMW comfort, iconic styling, and V8 performance.

This particular 840Ci is a rather standout example, having covered just shy of 70 thousand miles, with a mere 3 former keepers recorded on the V5C document. As a result of its low mileage & owner count, the vehicle presents itself today in excellent condition for its age, with only minor signs of use. 17” 5-spoke alloy wheels, possibly showing their original finish. As such, there are notable signs of age, and bubbling within the paint as pictured. The wheels are wrapped in a set of Falken tyres, seemingly with some tread left to enjoy
Overall, the vehicle seemingly presents itself very well for its age, showing off gorgeous E31 styling with only a small number of noticeable blemishes
