With an engine initially destined for the ML, CLK and S-class, AMG had some time with the engine and managed to shoehorn it into the W202 C-class to create this incredible machine known as the C43 AMG. The new model would offer something extra to compete with the likes of BMW with their performance saloons. The Mercedes offers a sporty saloon, and with some improvements, the AMG team managed to push the 4.3 litre V8 to an acceptable 302bhp.
This lovely example ticks all the boxes. Not only is the C43 AMG a rare model, but It also has a nice amount of service history, two keys are present, and the car is in nice clean condition inside and out. There are tinted windows to the sides and rear (lighter tint on the front doors)
The window trims appear in good condition, and there are no noticeable scratches to the windows
Wheels are replica Mercedes 18” Monoblock II alloys and are in excellent condition
A matching set of Michelin Pilot Sport tyres are fitted with a good amount of tread remaining
This is the perfect car for anyone wanting to experience AMG power from Mercedes. Tuned by the AMG team, the W202 C-class is no longer an ordinary saloon; instead, it has seen styling upgrades with the AMG fitted body kit, and the handling has been improved to cope with the 302bhp 4.3 litre V8. Inside, the interior has seen a makeover with AMG spec seats and instruments making it a wonderful place to be.
The whole package comes together very nicely indeed, producing a car which is fast becoming a rare and sought-after model.
