This particular Arnage is presented in very smart condition, with its silver paintwork remaining undamaged and the interior showing surprisingly little sign of wear. It will certainly be a very pleasant way to travel at speed.

Opening the door to this Bentley Arnage reveals a portal to another world, a world of cosseting cream leather and luxuriously appointed walnut veneered dashboards. There’s nothing quite like the experience of stepping inside a Bentley for the first time.
And this Arnage’s interior is in very good condition, with little wear to be seen on the leather and the carpets remaining clean and tidy. There are a few signs of use, particularly on the driver’s seat and armrests, as you would expect to see. But in general the interior is well preserved.
The dashboard is veneered with high quality walnut and its highly polished finish remains bright and clear. A full set of instruments adorns the dashboard, with their chrome bezels matching the other switches, air vents and controls. The dashboard top is finished in contrasting blue leather to match the steering wheel and the carpets. It remains free from cracks and UV damage.
Above, the leather headlining is clean and secure, and to the rear the cavernous boot can swallow a huge amount of luggage. The obligatory twin umbrellas can be found in their leather holders, and the carpets remain clean and tidy, with just a little staining in one corner. Below the floor we find the toolkit, including spare bulbs and a towing eye, as well as two batteries.

There’s no more impressive sight than the large, imposing radiator of a Bentley barreling down the road at speed, the winged B leading the way atop that instantly recognisable mesh grille.
This particular Bentley is finished in smart silver paint, which appears to be in very good condition throughout, with a few unsurprising scratches on the front bumper.
The five-spoke alloy wheels look generally very good, but one is slightly scratched on two spokes and another is missing its central ‘B’ badge.
The lamp lenses appear clear and bright and the chrome trim and badges all look to be present and correct.
Underneath, there is the usual amount of surface corrosion you would expect to see on a car of this age but no obvious damage we could see.

Bentleys have always been about all-out power, and this Arnage is no different: the T500 6¾-litre, twin-turbo V8 engine produces a stunning 500 bhp and sends this off towards the rear wheels via a six-speed automatic gearbox.
Lifting the sizeable bonnet reveals a tidy engine bay and a small plaque bearing the signature of the Bentley employee who signed off its build. The running gear and exhaust are showing some signs of surface corrosion, but we couldn’t see any areas of particular concern.
The car is accompanied by a service record, which shows that it has been checked over every year or two from new. The last service was carried out in 2021 at 113,522 miles.
Summary
In all, this is a smart looking Bentley, with a luxurious interior. And it has the performance to match, with its extremely capable 500 bhp engine.
