This Mercedes AMG C63s was a special order in 2015 and delivered in January 2016 with the vendors choice of optional extras. It is one of only a handful of these cars supplied in Ireland and nearly as rare on the UK mainland and Europe.
This sleek, eye-catching car is based on a 4 door 5-seater C type with extended front wings and nose to accommodate the V8 bi-turbo engine. The car also has wider tracks front and rear, plus bigger tyres and lowered suspension to give more grip. On board, there are adaptive dampers that can improve handling or comfort as necessary via a button on the dashboard.
It boasts the same engine fitted to the AMG GT and is hand built to special order in the AMG factory.
The S denotes that the bhp of the 4-litre engine is increased to 510bhp and is fitted with the electronic differential. The car was specially spec’d with Iridium silver finish, with black wheels and glazed from new. The basic specifications were upgraded with almost €30,000 in extras.

In the interior, the AMG experience is discernible in every detail. The result is a perfect fusion of first-class comfort and a sporty ambience.
This Mercedes-AMG C63 S comes with an electrically adjustable steering column and racy yet comfortable semi-bucket front seats with integrated head restraints, which are also fully electric to get the perfect position for all occupants.
The all-round parking sensors and a rear-view camera are standard and make manoeuvring easier.
It houses the C-Class’s top-spec COMAND Online infotainment system and sat-nav. This comes with a 10.3in screen, and rotary and touchpad controls.
The rest of the C63 S’s controls are well laid out and come with a configurable 12.3in digital driver’s display as standard in place of conventional analogue dials. This allows you to alter the display style and show maps, media, and various other information in the instrument cluster where they’re easy to see.
There’s a real flamboyance to the C63 S's interior and a plush mix of soft Nappa leather, brushed metal and gloss-black plastic surfaces and this example is in ‘like new’ condition.
