1972 MGB GT finished in Damask Red
In my opinion Damask is my favourite MG colour and quite rare and makes a lovely change from the Reds and Greens.
19 years with the last registered keeper and 25 years in the same family.
Outwardly the car appears very original and unmolested with its original all be it restored Rostyle wheels and stunning Damask Red paintwork with a superb finish, excellent seams and very good original door gaps.
The chrome work is perfect with no pitting.
Internally the MGB is nice and original other than a lovely Wooden Moto Lita steering wheel and wooden gear knob.
The MGB is also fitted with Spax Gas shocks a Janspeed exhaust and manifold and updated air filters and braided hoses.
The car drives exceptionally well with a lovely smooth gear change and excellent brakes due to a brake servo.
The underneath is excellent with no evidence of any corrosion.
The engine runs beautifully with excellent oil pressure.
