This is a great project to build an historic racecar. The Grantura MkIII is eligible for almost any event, including Le Mans Classic and Goodwood Revival. Finding an original Grantura MkIII from 1963 (including corresponding paperwork) is not easy, and for that reason this is quite an opportunity to get a nice FIA racer build. This example with chassisnr 9/ 667 is still all original, but is missing the engine and gearbox. For historic racing, this car will need an early MGB engine and gearbox, which is easily available. All other necessary parts to comply with FIA HTP regulations are also available from specialists like Nigel Reuben Racing. The plan was to prepare the car by ourselves, but due to a lack of time we decided to sell the TVR as it is. Something for you ?
