All original throughout, sale includes full service history from new. The car is in extraordinary condition–chances are it is probably one of the best non-Typhoon examples of this platform left anywhere. The truck runs, drives, turns, stops, and handles as new and just as well as it looks.
Along with their S10 pick-up cousins, these were always handsome looking trucks, and this one remain all original inside and out. There are no major dings or dents, and that the truck has never had any bodywork or rust. OEM wheels wear well-chosen tires, and glass remain all factory as well.
Digital gauges reflect this truck’s high Tahoe trim level–used here years before the introduction of that nameplate as a standalone model. All electrics and accessories work and the instrument cluster does not have any dead segments or other issues.
The interior presents just a well as the exterior throughout, including in back. Note the full-size tire and split tailgate design. The engine bay does not let things down either.

Model History:
Launched way back in 1983, the S10 Blazer and its GMC S15 Jimmy counterparts were two of the first compact carlike sport-utility vehicles. Engines were underpowered in the 1980s. That changed for the better by 1988, when Chevy offered its potent 4. 3-liter V6 as an option. That engine has been standard since 1990. Initially, only a 2-door model was available, with either 2- or 4-wheel drive (the latter GM’s Insta-Trac part-time system) and manual or automatic transmission. Base models came with a full-size spare tire, dual outside mirrors, and halogen headlamps. 2WD models added fog lamps; 4WD, front tow hooks.
