The Attractions
Has there ever been a car that has been more customised, prepared and transformed than the Volkswagen Beetle? These 'people's cars' with their characteristic air-cooled engines lend themselves particularly well to modification, and over the years many enthusiasts have created unique and special creations. This 1973 Beetle 1303 was transformed into a convertible inspired by the Porsche Speedster, with a tapered rear end reminiscent of the American hot rods of the 1930s.
The seller informed us that this Beetle is now equipped with a Porsche-spec 1,570 cm³ engine, which offers excellent performance.
Having received major attention recently, including a repaint and various mechanical upgrades such as a new engine oil thermostat and new tyres, this car is ready to be driven and enjoyed by its next owner.F36.JPG14.47 MB
