The History and Paperwork
First registered in 1927, the first year of Dictator production
Arrived into the UK 24/05/1993
Purchased by the current owner in early 2013 and has since been utilised as part of their vintage fleet of wedding cars
Throughout its current ownership the car has always been dry stored
Accompanied by a wonderful Studebaker Standard Six owners manual packed with helpful diagrams and information

V5 registration document present with the vehicle
Both tax and MOT exempt due to the vehicle’s historic status
3967cc straight six petrol engine resides under the front hinged bonnet panels
Engine looks to be in good overall form and fires into life comfortably and with ease
The current owner has fitted a 12 volt battery which links to the starter motor to ease starting however the original 6 volt battery system is still in place and is utilised when the 12 volt system is isolated
Vendor reports of a great drive from the Studebaker, noting a wonderful road trip taken from Peterborough to London when the car was originally purchased
