The Appeal

This beautiful S3 is a great reminder of how well we used to make cars. Flowing, hand-crafted lines and a sumptuous coachbuilt cabin explain why the current keeper describes driving it as ‘feeling like a millionaire.’

Except, in this car, that work is much more recent. The handsome two-tone grey metallic paintwork and exquisite grey leather interior are recent reworkings, but the quality of the work matches that of those original Bentley artisans. Little used since completion, it is in very good order throughout.

The mechanical condition is more than match for those aesthetics. The detailed history file dates back over 40 years. Recent work includes servicing plus attention to the axle, brake and gearbox fluids and the suspension and wiring. The low mileage of under 77,000 miles is reported to be correct.

The S3 is a rare, sought-after part of the illustrious Bentley lineage and this one is amongst the best.
