If you were to ask someone to name the most iconic American car, there's a good chance the choice would fall on a Ford and most likely a Mustang. By combining a lively V8 engine with a beautiful design in what was a lightweight and compact platform by American standards, the Mustang proved so popular that its name has endured to this day.
Here we have an attractive convertible from the first series of 1967. Painted in a non-original shade of orange with obvious 'racing' stripes, it really is a treat for the eyes and with its roaring V8 is sure to attract a lot of attention wherever it goes. The seller bought it from a friend in 2022 and has driven it very rarely, storing the car in a dry garage when not in use. We have been informed that the engine was serviced by the previous owner, so this example drives very well and is fully functional.
