The Appeal
The MG Midget represents one of Britain's most beloved and accessible classic sports cars, offering the quintessential open-top driving experience in an incredibly compact package. As its name suggests, this was a tiny car in its day, and these seem even smaller now!
This 1977 model appears to be in superb condition and is surely one of the most original survivors on the roads today, with factory-standard colours and trim throughout. Having been carefully stored and maintained by just four registered keepers since new, this Midget has been treated to recent mechanical improvements including a new steering rack, track rod ends, and four new tyres during its last service in May 2023.
The vendor says:
"Purchased by myself in 2021 the car has been stored in a container since 2021 and was garaged previously

"There have been virtually no miles driven since my purchase in 2021- and at the last service in may 2023 four new tyres a new steering rack and track rod ends were fitted along with a battery isolator. The car has a factory made detachable hard top and tonneau covers
"The car drives today just like it would have driven in 1977, and with only three former keepers before myself, it deserves another considerate keeper who will enjoy using it."
