The Appeal
You have to admire Kawasaki’s ambition. The KZ1300 aimed directly at Harley-Davidson’s home turf with a powerful, 1,300cc 6cyl touring bike. Big, comfortable and powerful it was purpose-built for America’s interstates and sweeping byways.
We’re told that this KZ1300 B2 Touring is one of just 900 built in 1980. Finished in burgundy metallic with gold pinstriping, it is in very good condition. It sports a high specification, including full fairing and side and top boxes. The vendor tells us that it is a low mileage example and is presented in unrestored condition.
With German registration, this touring bike looks perfect for some trans-continental rides.
