The Citroën GSA Special represents one of the most innovative family cars of its era, boasting the French firm's legendary self-levelling suspension system, packed underneath a remarkably aerodynamic body and complete with hydropneumatic brakes, too. That all-new, all-modern design provided a magic carpet ride unlike anything else in its class, and continues to be an impressive car today.
A good example of these technologically complex cars is a relatively rare find, especially considering the often enormous mileage the GSAs tended to rack up. Over 567,000 were built of the GSA hatchback, but how many have you seen with less than 10,000 miles on the clock?
