The R107 SL is among the most iconic roadsters of all time. These sharp-featured cars replaced the iconic W113 'Pagoda' SL, and what a replacement it was. While the subtle curves had translated into sharp angles, the performance, trims and sheer build quality made sure the new car stood on its own two feet with little trouble. Such a success it was, in fact, that the car remains one of the longest-running models in Mercedes-Benz history.
