First keeper was West Bromwich Albion CEO, Mr. Jeremy Peace
MOT valid until August 2025
Very smart and highly maintained example
The Appeal
You don’t need to be a fan of The Baggies to admire this Virage Volante, but that is certainly part of its appeal. The car was first owned by West Bromwich Albion’s then-CEO, Jeremy Peace who naturally trimmed it in Rolls-Royce Royal Blue with a light cream interior, much like the team’s blue and white colour scheme.
It is a fantastic-looking car that has been well cared for by its pair of keepers. It is rare, too, with just 388 of these Virage Volantes leaving the factory over a four-year production run. They are the last of a particular sort of Aston Martin, one characterised by traditional engineering, brutal V8s, and hand-crafted care.
This very smart example demonstrates all of this. The low mileage is documented in the extensive history file, which shows a run of continuous work by Newport Pagnell and its dealer network. The engine was rebuilt in 2021 in Davron Aston Martin, and there was a full service and related work in April 2024. The hood, lining, and frame have also been replaced during the car’s life.
The keys to a Virage purchase are specification and maintenance. This car ticks both those boxes. A long MOT to August 2025 reinforces the sense of a very well-cared-for car.

You don't have to be a fan of West Brom's famous football team to appreciate the attractive colour scheme of this 1993 Virage, although it clearly informed the first keeper's choice of dark blue and cream. It bodywork remains in very good order, befitting of the low mileage, with only minor points to note in the photographs.
The theme continues with the interior, which is a homage to the lost art of hand-crafted car building. There are acres of natural wood and leather materials, all remarkably preserved for a 32-year-old car. It is a treat for those who value high quality.
Completing the picture is a blue fabric folding hard top. This is similarly well-kept thanks to being replaced across the hood, lining and frame around 12 years ago. The car's careful storage by its long-term current keeper in a climate-controlled garage under a fitted cover has clearly preserved the condition.

3spd automatic gearbox
Factory standard, unmodified car
Engine rebuilt in 2021 by Davron Aston Martin
All vacuum pipes and the kick-down cable renewed
Recent service in April 2024
Described as cruising comfortably at 85 mph across Europe

Minor advisories to note on MOT typical of age and mileage
The Virage was one of the final opportunities for new buyers to experience Aston Martin's fully home-grown Tadek Marek-designed V8, here in 5.3L capacity. This car's low mileage is documented in the extensive history file which comprises ongoing work by Aston Martin at Newport Pagnell and through the dealer network. A particular highlight is a full engine rebuild in 2021 by Davron Aston Martin.
The car comes to market fresh from a recent service. It is in very good mechanical order and reportedly cruises at high speed across Europe with barely any driver effort.
