While Jaguar's legendary E-Type was originally launched as a nimble sports car, it gradually morphed into a long-distance grand tourer towards the end of production. Its replacement, the XJ-S (latterly XJS), was clearly catering to those prioritising comfort over cornering ability.

This convertible example dates from then end of XJS production and was supplied new to New York USA. It later spent time in Arizona before being imported to the Netherlands. Finished in the classic British Racing Green, is a beautiful representation of the model's enduring appeal.
