The Interior

• Classic combination of soft cream leather, beige carpets and walnut trim, it is evident that the interior of this Jaguar has never seen a hard day in its life and has worn exceptionally well 
• All the highly polished wooden surfaces are virtually blemish free and retain a deep gloss all over, really emphasising the deep grain of the wood 
• None of the interior has been modified or tampered with and still retains the original radio/cd changer 
• The boot is unmarked and very clean with a seemingly unused spare wheel and emergency triangle 
• Original, plush floor mats are still in very good order with minimal marks or evidence of wear even on the drivers side 
• Some very minor blemishes to the headlining. A light clean would bring this interior to the next level
• There are some very minor marks to the rear seats, nothing some light cleaning wouldn't deal with
• The front bucket seats are in beautiful order, electronically operated and operate as intended for access to the rear 

The Exterior 

• Superbly straight and honest, seemingly untouched despite minor imperfections 
• We are assured the paintwork is original and wears some very minor ‘incidents’ here and there. These have not been addressed so as to retain the originality of the car. The same applies to the anthracite coloured trim surrounding the windscreen which shows some bubbling under the paint due to aluminium reaction. 
• The convertible roof is, like the rest of the car, near perfect with no evidence of stains or mould that we saw and the rear window being nice and clear 
• Original Dutton Forshaw dealer plates front and rear 
• No apparent damage or fading to any of the exterior plastic lights/lenses 
• Minimal use of black plastic and chrome but where there is some it is all there and clean and tidy 

The Mechanics 

• The famously smooth 4.0 V8 is unmodified and retains a low 54,000 miles only 
• We are assured by the vendor that the car runs and drives to an exceptional standard 
• Matching Pirelli tyres fitted to all four corners 
• The underside, we are assured, is sound, solid, and completely original in keeping with the overall condition of the car
