The Appeal
World-beating performance aside, the 997 GT3 was undoubtedly one of the best-looking 911s of all time. Big spoilers front and rear, prominent side decals, ultra-light alloy wheels and striking colourways gave the GT3 a muscular, purposeful stance which pays homage to the 2.7 RS lightweights of yesteryear.
This 2005 997.1 Carrera 2 has been adorned with a GT3 styling body kit and we’re sure you’ll agree that it really looks the part in this bright hue of Speed Yellow. And it’s not just a looker either… The Porsche has just 57,600 miles on the clock and is a well-kept right-hand-drive Japanese market car. It comes with some service history and will be supplied with a fresh oil change. Since arriving on UK soil, the car has never failed an MOT. In fact, it has only accrued one advisory in all that time - and that was nearly seven years ago!
