The Appeal
Any bike carrying the Ducati name is going to good and when the firm chose to re-ignite the Scrambler name the new model certainly lived up to expectations. Combining off-road design cues with a potent 803cc engine, this was a bike that synthesized style and capability.
Not content with that achievement, in 2016 the firm teamed up with Italian fashion house Italia Independent to create the appropriately named Scrambler Italia Independent. Extra touches were added to the style to create a beautiful, limited edition bike.
Just 1,077 Italia Independent models were available worldwide and only 30 came to the UK. This low mileage bike is one of them. In superb condition that reflects it careful use, it is supplied with the complete set of Italia Independent showroom trimmings, including a numbered bracelet.
If beautifully styled, very capable Italian bikes are your thing then they don’t get much better than this.
The History and Paperwork
- First registered 19th September 2016
- Just two owners from new, current owner since 29th February 2020
- Full service history, most recently serviced at 2,398 miles on 19th January 2020
- Vendor says that the bike would benefit from a further service despite low interim mileage
