The Appeal
The Volvo 240 Torslanda was a limited-edition model produced to commemorate the end of 240 production. As one of the final special editions, the Torslanda holds particular significance for Volvo enthusiasts. This estate example is made all the more interesting by its 7-seat configuration, a rare and sought-after layout.
This 240 has been comprehensively recommissioned with considerable investment in mechanical and cosmetic work. The vendor states the car now runs and drives very well, and a fresh 12-month MOT has been obtained. The bodywork presents well for a 1992 vehicle, with only a few age-related dings and some corrosion noted on the nearside front door. The vendor describes the interior and seats as being in very good condition for the car's age.
This is a well-sorted, increasingly collectable Volvo that's ready and waiting for a lucky new owner.
