The Appeal
The Jaguar XK was introduced in 1996 as a modern interpretation of the legendary E-Type, succeeding the long-serving XJ-S. While its styling paid clear homage to Jaguar’s past, beneath the elegant bodywork sat the marque’s all-new AJ-V8 engine, along with contemporary features such as satellite navigation, adaptive damping and, in flagship XKR form, a muscular supercharged powerplant that perfectly embodied the phrase ‘iron fist in a velvet glove’.
Presented in an undeniably elegant colour combination and offered from long-term ownership, this generously specified example would make an excellent addition to any Jaguar collection while remaining equally capable as a refined grand tourer for spirited weekend drives and continental road trips alike.
