Singer nine sports LeMans. Prescott and alleged Brooklands history.
We have owned this car for about ten years. Reluctantly now selling due to other projects taking over.
This wonderful original Singer has a full mechanical rebuild by the previous owner, including engine, auxiliaries and running gear and is still in excellent order. She is on the button, starts first time, pulls week with plenty of power. In our ownership she has competed at Prescott , Loton park and Bo’ness hillclimbs.
She allegedly took part in a mid thirties club race at Brooklands circuit. Attached is an old photo, car number 54 is reckoned to be this car as verified by previous owners.
The car retains its original body and is beautifully patinated. Comes with tonneau and full hood weather gear.
A very sporting prewar sports car with great character and history.
