1967 Wolseley Hornet MK11 998 cc finished in its period pale green coachwork , Capped by its Old English White roof with contrasting light green hide interior , Recently treated to a set of new "Newton Commercial " carpets , The odometer reads 39060 miles with 4 recorded keepers , Although I have little in the way of paper work for this Hornet I have a very strong feeling this could be the correct mileage . This is a lovely example of an Upmarket brand based on the Mini floor pan , The underside and sub frames are excellent , The Pale green coachwork lovely and the interior extremely original and in great condition . The Hornet was recommissioned around 3 years ago for the former keepers wife but sadly due to injury she had very little use of the Hornet . I collected the Hornet and drove it back 80 miles with it performing beautifully , No overheating noted , Excellent oil pressure maintained , Good braking , Clutch and gear change excellent , Fuel gauge worked , Charging A1 and all lights working , In fact I was quite impressed by how comfortable it was .
