The Appeal

Introduced in Monaco in 1957, the Vespa 400 was given plenty of glitz and glamour to usher it into the market. This was a super-compact microcar with a uniquely French charm, a roll-back roof and a tiny little two-stroke in the back. It was swiftly marketed with impressive photography campaigns and materials, and became a bit of a mid-century icon of chic.,

This particular Vespa 400 appears in smart condition for its age with its original character intact. The car runs and drives well, as confirmed by a Car & Classic consigner who personally examined and drove the vehicle. This is a deeply usable, perky little classic that's ready and waiting for its lucky new owner.
