The Appeal
It's almost a disservice to call the MGB merely beloved. During a time when the sports car was a near-exclusively Anglocentric art, this was the biggest hit of all. The smart styling, simple mechanics and carefree nature of MG's little roadster made for the stuff of legend. To this day, it's one of the most perennially popular classics ever, with a huge support network of enthusiasts and parts at an owner's disposal.
This particular MGB has been with the same keeper since 1994 - over three decades of careful stewardship. Finished in white with contrasting black leather seats, it's a handsome example that's been treated to a rebuilt engine, stainless steel exhaust system, along with a Ken Lowe auto cooling fan. This is a fine example of a deeply characterful car.
