The Bentley Arnage Red Label is a prestige penthouse on wheels. The luxury of the interior, the tech that’s built in and that big V8 lump under the bonnet, ready to whisk you away to any destination of your choosing in unrivalled comfort.

This car was finished to a higher degree than even the usual impeccable Bentley standards and possess several pretty well unique features for instance the veneer spec and finish throughout. 

Despite being over twenty years old, this Bentley is no less impressive, nor indeed magnificent than it ever was. It will make a statement anywhere you choose to take it, and the levels of luxury and refinement on offer are arguably still unsurpassed. This has to be one of the tidiest of this year out there on the market today.

This unique Mulliner Arnage was reputedly displayed at the Paris Motor  Show by Bentley Motors in 2002 and was purchased from there by the first owner. The present owner purchased the car from a dealership in the Midlands and the car has remained in his ownership ever since. It has been used as an occasional fair-weather car and always maintained and securely garaged. Having taken delivery of a new Mercedes Maybach, it's time to find the Bentley a new home.

The exterior of the Bentley is in very good order, with only a few stone chips and minor marks. The blue paint still has a deep lustre and really is a class act. The chrome work is generally in very good condition; however, the chrome wheels have gone a bit hazy and could do with a polish. The car is quite a large vehicle, and its presence on the road is undeniable. It will always turn heads as passersby wonder what celebrity or government official is passing by, and it will look fantastic doing it.

As to be expected with a vehicle of this prestige, the interior is absolute luxury. 

Cream Leather electric armchairs with blue piping welcome you into the vast chasm that is the inside of the Arnage. With Bentley logos stitched into the headrests, wood trim, and stainless accents, the inside of this vehicle has a better interior than most people's houses. Luxury deep shag pile carpets and high-end fixtures and fittings are not all the interior has to offer, either. 

There is extra legroom in the rear, meaning you can stretch out a little further than normal, and in the rear armrest is a phone. In the rear of both front seats are decent-sized screens for multimedia. On the passenger side, there is even a computer complete with a pull-out keyboard. In the boot is a 6-disc CD changer, DVD player, and two Bentley umbrellas as standard fit, a luxury of owning a prestige car like this.

 

The 6.75 Litre turbo lump is mated to an auto box, a combination designed to waft you along with no drama and fuss and have more than enough power to make it to the next board meeting on time. It sounds great through the twin exhausts, and reportedly pulls well, which backs up the relatively low mileage of 53k. 

The current owner has been savvy enough to purchase (at great cost) one of the last diagnostic sets originally only for Bentley dealerships for this model, as it was going out of service, The kit plugs into the car’s OBD socket and will reveal fault codes and indicate any problems either for attention or, if trivial, the fault code can be deleted. The diagnostic kit in its case with all connecting cables and adaptors will be present with the vehicle. The owner had the gearbox completely rebuilt by Bentley gearbox specialists last year.
