Highlights
- Handsome ‘black on black’ XKR
- Only four registered keepers
- Current MOT to October 2025
- Smart example of these 400bhp super coupes
The Appeal
The X150 looks like being the last in a line of petrol-engined Jaguar GTs that began with the original XK120 in the 1940s. And what a way to bow out - svelte E-Type inspired looks, lightweight aluminium bodywork and this, the 400bhp supercharged XKR.
A good XKR appeals to the head and the heart. There’s a bit boot, robust mechanicals, comfortable cabin and agile handling to underpin that horizon-chasing performance. These cars work as daily drivers or weekend cruisers.
This car adds a handsome ‘black on black’ colour scheme to that list and has clearly been looked after. It wears its mileage and years very lightly thanks to the care of its quartet of keepers. The long MOT to October 2025 underlines the sense of a well-kept super coupe.
