1958 Triumph TR3A With Overdrive and Rack And Pinion Steering , Chassis number TS/ 35173-L , Engine number TS/ 35559-E , Body number 1010192 . Imported From North America in 1990 and dry stored until 2015 when a chassis up restoration was started . The body was removed from the chassis (Supporting Photographs Supplied) . Invoices supplied show the TR3A having the following works undertaken , Full "Poly Bush" kit , Air Aquip brake hoses , Brake rebuild , Diff rebuild , Re wiring , Bare metal repaint , Gearbox overhaul , All bright work re chromed , Engine fully rebuilt inc Crank , Valves , Crank Seal , Rings , Mains , Timing chain and tensioner , Gaskets etc , Fully re trimmed and new hood and side screens supplied . Anti corrosion treated . Back on the Road and registered 306XVE on the 28th of January 2019 . Circa 50 miles covered to date . Finished in its original "Signal" red this classic Triumph sports cars is absolutely beautiful and any inspection is welcomed , The underside can be viewed upon our own lifts . Driving this TR3A is a joy , Its 1991 cc 4 cylinder OHV motor pulls effortlessly , The oil pressure was excellent and no overheating was noted . The clutch and gearbox were smooth and the overdrive engaged and disengaged instantly .
