The Attractions

The lines of the Ferrari 308, designed by Leonardo Fioravanti, are certainly among the most famous, striking and well-known in automotive history. They have influenced Maranello's coveted cars for decades and are still fascinating, beautiful and timeless today.

The most classic colour combination for the 308 is certainly the one with red bodywork and cream leather interior. For some enthusiasts even, there is no other acceptable colour combination for this model. This GTS is therefore a very special example, displaying all the most celebrated and appreciated features of this iconic model at a very high level.

The excellent exterior and interior condition is also due to its exceptionally low mileage of only 21,000 miles. The seller has confirmed to us that the mileage is genuine and also that this car has correct and matching serial numbers. Although it has been used very little, it has travelled a lot: it was sold new in the USA and spent a few years in Holland. It is now registered in Italy.

This is a truly exceptional example and it will be extremely difficult to find one as good and with such low mileage.

Considering the exceptional technical characteristics of this 308, it's hard to imagine how its previous owners managed to resist the temptation to drive it more, limiting themselves to just 21,000 miles in 46 years. Yet they did, and we are certainly grateful to them because thanks to them this is one of the lowest-mileage 308s to appear on the market in recent years.

Being a car destined for the US, it has a power output of 237 hp, and the classic 2.9L 'Dino' V8 engine is powered by a quartet of Weber twin-body carburettors. The seller has informed us that the car has correct and matching serial numbers and is in excellent running order, with no problems to report.
