In current ownership since 2015
Italian-origin example, first registered in Italy in March 1948
The Appeal
In the immediate post-war years, the Carrozzerie Speciali department at Fiat's famous Lingotto plant produced a limited number of cabriolet bodies based on the Fiat 1100 B. Survivors of these bespoke factory-bodied convertibles are remarkably scarce.
Our car is of Italian origin and carries ASI gold plate status, the highest level of recognition awarded by the Automotoclub Storico Italiano, acknowledging the vehicle's originality. It is reported to be in running condition and is registered on Italian historic plates (targa d'epoca) in the province of Alessandria. The Fiat comes with Italian documentation in order and eligibility for either domestic re-registration or export.RDS01766 (48).jpg779.96 KB
